So, I deposited with 21.com for the 2nd time yesterday, since it is recommended on CG and I want to participate in the recent Sabaton challenge.
But unfortunately the deposit was not credited. I used "sofortüberweisung" (Klarna), a very popular instant payment method in Germany that uses your bank account.
Although the amount was deducted from my bank account instantly, the casino did not credit it. This never happened to me ever in hundreds of deposits in various casinos over the last years. So I thought this would be fixed in just a few minutes. Contacted live support, provided screenshots of my bank account as asked for. And then... Nothing happened. Still no update: "payment department is looking into this". What a joke!
Furthermore I used the bonus FIR350 for 350x free spins in Fire Joker with that deposit. (received that offer yesterday via email.) Well, the slot isn't even offered. It's just not on their site, at least not for me/Germans. Edit: if you change the website to English, you find the slot as I just discovered. It's still weird, that it depends on your chosen language....
Edit. By the way, in their German version of the bonus rules, it says that free spins IN GENERAL are capped at 250 EUR max. winnings, which would be predatory. In their English version however, it only talks about the registration free spins to be capped, which is fine. I know, that it's the English version that counts, so it's just a misleading translation.
