These are the rules sadly.
I guess you weren't too nice with support that you got blocked? Even if you're blocked because of that you still have a right to get the 200€ if they have some stupid rule for that.
Had similar thing with Ultra last week. Cleared the reload bonus but it was capped @ 3x. did read about it before but totally forgot about it

It depends on the requirements. Were the free spins wager free? If yes then it shouldn't matter what you did with the funds after the free spins since u won less than cap from the FS alone and played the winnings after (Won 1xx euros - did not hit FS winnings cap then u played with the money after)
If the free spins had wagering requirements (like winnings from FS must be wagered 10x) then u won big DURING wagering then its their right since they had the cap, its very common.

Yep there u go, free spins with wagerings on winnings and a cap. They did nothing wrong, this is pretty normal. You should be able to withdraw the 200 they gave you but they did not scam you.
