Hello community!

Had a little trouble last night in below mentioned casino.

I made a welcome bonus deposit 100% 15EUR+15EUR. Had a mega win in star quest, picture here:

Managed to get over 300 EUR and after wager I had left around 240EUR.

The problem started after wagering, they just made my balance 30 EUR because they have have this rule in terms:

  1. After the bonus has been redeemed, your main account will be credited with the remaining bonus funds, which will not exceed the total bonus amount. If, after it is redeemed, the bonus account balance is less than the minimum stake amount, the bonus is deemed to be lost.


I just wanted to ask if its fear? 

If so, I recommend everyone to stay out of this casino, what the point of welcome bonus then?

Looks like you have been scammed. An apt name for a casino with a rule that allows only a 1x max cashout of bonus. Try to withdraw the 30euro, that way you at least made something. If it goes tits up from there, I'd suggest reporting the site and for ANYONE to avoid.

 
Havent played or heard of that casino KB gamer. I think its disgusting mate that they did this to you. And mark my words here the ordinary casino player is getting less and less of a chance to get thare winnings. Thare is always some clause in the T+C's of casinos now and they make it a nightmare for people to try and get winnings. It will only get worse as the greed for the players money to be lost in the casino's grows. It all looks great with all these nice welcome bonuses and people get sucked in. And as shown above in your win KBgamer which isnt thousands of pounds by the way the casino have some little get out clause not to pay you. You have probably worked your arse off beating the wagering aswel. I find it sad and disgusting KBgamer that you didnt get your winnings. And mark my words wee are in a hot bed time of casino's opening up and offering great looking welcome offers that people take and get done over like you did on a T+C. It will only get worse as the greed grows. Am sorry to hear you didnt get your winnings.

I will try to get my 1x win but I am not sure if its possible on casino like this scammers.

I hope you get something KBgamer. The casino's have there T+C's buried so deep and they cover about 85 percent in the casino's favour so players alot of the time get put through the paces of it all just to get there winnings. Take care bud.☺.

 
Utter scammers KBgamer. Horrible to hear that. And you did the hard work of beating the wagering. And they arn't gona pay you €30. Its going to be a continuing trend unfortunatly as casinos draw a person in and can refuse payment of winnings on some T+C. Put people through hell to get there winnings. I have played once in 7 months and lost. My health isnt to good either. Chronic anxiety and social phobia. I wish at some point in the future gambling wasnt here because people would save so much more money to do better things but i cant see that happening. I just feel there is a funny mist over the casino/slot playing area just now and people are getting sucked in so easily and majority are loosing. Ok there are good stories and pictures of nice big wins which are nice to see but im trying hard to stay away from it. Being chronically ill dosent help. Im sorry you dont think youl get that 30 euros. At least they could pay you out that. A feel for you on the 300 euros. Take it easy KBgamer and dont play on that site again. Avoid at all costs.

 
as far i know 1xslot is a part of 1xbet.

i played on 1xbet been 2 years & no problem at all....there was an email that 1xbet will seperate slot from other service so they make 1xslot.com but i dont re-register on 1xslot, i keep play on 1xbet & so far still no problem...

 
@chipzzcicak It seems like good casinos and have a lot of providers but T+C are the worst I have ever seen.

Event after wagering 525 EUR they ask to make bet of 1.1 of my 15EUR original deposit to cash out.

Like really? 

Will never get back to this casino for sure

 
@chipzzcicak i really hope it stays that way for you with the casino in question, i really feel for KBgamer as a new member taking the welcome bonus, beating the wagering and getting told what he has been told. I have join many casino from well know to only known in my region (South East Asia) W88, 188Bet, M88, 1xBet, Videoslots, Slotsmillion, EnergyCasino, & other...so far i have no problem & i hope there will be no problem till i retired LOL...

but maybe i dont have any problem becasue i never take any bonus on any  casino cause the wagering for me its hard & sucks LOL...the problem i had on every casino only when i have to verified document since my country issue the ID Card without any expired date so for some casino its a problem, but lucky me i have different ID like driving, passport, etc...
