Why do Curaçao gaming licenses still excist!

Hello everyone from CasinoGrounds. Yet again I've been playing on a Curaçao gaming license, it went all okay. I did made a deposit in the past somewhere last year, I get everyweek free spins from this casino (lucky8.) I managed to wager the money and made 80€ of it. 

Verified my details wich they not even send a confirmation email that I'm verified fully. 

Then my withdrawal gets processed but I still diddent received any penny yet in my bank account. They told me it can take up to 5 working days, I did this withdrawal on the 3th of June. I'm so sceptic about this situation because the support is acting like I'm a fool. Also they diddent even send me a freaking confirmation email that the withdrawal has been processed. 

The reason because if I did not got the payment withing a total of 15 working days I need to contact the support. How ridiculous is that even. 

This is BTW the second time in my life I get scammed by a Curaçao gaming license!!! 

I'm getting mad about it because it's so annoying that these type of casinos even excist to scam or making you like a fool. 

What do you guys think of this hole Curaçao gaming licenses overall! Do I need to avoid them all to just not have all these issues? 

I don't care about the money but the principal way.

You are asking the wrong question, you should ask yourself, why people play on casinos which have only a Curaçao gaming license

 
@Rexxor420 maybe because of some influencers / streamers are telling that they are not all shady scam casinos. So what do you still need to believe, but still thank you for the nice answer. 

 
Could spark a further conversation  regarding streamers in general. They should not be using a platform like youtube/twitch providing free advertising for casinos...some of those casinos questionable to say the least! I will await the likely backlash from some of the streamers here...

I'm referring specifically to the streamers with banners on the bottom of the screen promoting special "welcome offers" from these casinos and stating the offers on stream.

 
I'm only playing on Curaçao gaming license . Never had a single problem in 5 years now. Not all casinos are shady

 
the only licence worth anything are the ones which are set up by the country itself eg. UK what real power does even the malta licence have over someone playing in a different country over that countries own laws ?

disagree obviously :)  the casinos e.g. i promote are all top notch and you will never find a curacao only licensed casino on my stream - I actually have contact with former founders i know are 100% trustworthy and started a new casino, which would be completely fine to play at .. but at the moment its curacao only, and thats what i told them aswell, that they have to get at least MGA first before i will entrust anyone to the casino (if i advertise it, its my responsibility too to make sure its not bullshit. Something most streamers dont care about at all :) )

I thought you would and that's fair enough. To give some examples, Roshtein the most prominent, advertising Slotty Vegas on stream and Slotty Vegas using his clips to advertise on Facebook. The same Slotty Vegas which has just had its UK licence revoked for the new owner being able to prove the source of funding is legitimate when they bought it from NRR.and other issues.

As you say, a lot of streamers will just accept anything at all as long as they are making some cash down the line.

Also, are you not linked to Dunder? I can drop you a PM with some questionable antics there as well.

 
Hey! I read this thread and I felt like I had to chime in with my own opinion. I have been promoting some Curacao licensed brands and I have never had any trouble. This includes Bob Casino and King Billy Casino. My view on Curacao sites is that you should be very cautious with terms and similar things. Always read the terms and also ask the live support if you have any questions. The optimal way of doing it would be to play on a site where a streamer you trust play because then you will have a direct connection with the casino if any problems were to occur.

I believe that Curacao brands are great if you have done the research before. The license does give the casino in question more room to screw the players, but this is only if they want to. A casino does not have to be bad only on the premise of them having a Curacao license. The utmost important aspect, in my opinion, is that you know who operates the casino and know their intentions. A casino with good people behind it won't scam their customers.

Please do note that these are my personal thoughts on the matter. I have not been scammed myself by a Curacao brand.

The thing is, they actually promote to players in the UK. UK players can only play on UKGC licenced casinos under the laws of the land. The Curacao brand's know this, but still advertise for UK players. See Bronze casino as an example there are hundreds of others.

That is not great at all, I guess it is the same with Casinos promoting themselves to Swedish players when they clearly do not carry a Swedish License. There are even streamers who actively tell their viewers to play on sites with Curacao licenses in order to get bonuses (even though it is prohibited by the gambling laws) and that is horrible in my opinion. I fully stand behind your view on this.
