What is so wrong here? The casino has resolved the dispute in an amicable way and money has been given to the customer. This casino is a decent casino so I have no idea what you mean in this post.Typical casino behaviour there. You don't want to know how many times i got robbed of winnings because of excuses. I would still not recommend the casino to anyone even though it is resolved. This should not have happened in the first place and i'm pretty sure that if you did not speak out of it they would have not resolved it like they did.
Let this be a warning to potential customers. The phrase 'Customer is king' is not uphold in casino land.
