Downside is that I’ve sent Mansion casino over 10 documents to prove my ID and address. I’ve sent passport, bank statement, debit card used to deposit, stammer from Very.co.uk along with other credit card statements. It’s been 4 days and the withdrawal is still pending as they need to  be reviewed by the “relevant department”.

anyone have ideas on why it takes so long in comparison to most other sites?

I only gamble on casino's when all my documents are approved. I still don't understand why people can't wait, enough posts on tons of sites where people have the same problem.

I will never ever deposit money to a casino where I'm not approved yet lol.

It’s the first time in at least 2 years I’ve opened a new account. Usually stick to Casumo, skybet or Calzone. I totally forgot they ask you for documents. Saying that Mansion are a big company and put millions in premier league sponsorship so I’m sure all will be okay.

thanks mate! Just before the hit I was contemplating doing either £1.80 or £2.70 spins. What could have been ey ?

Ah I see, not one of those people ;). Yeah if it's a big company I wouldn't be too worried about it.

But that's always when you win big, "I wanted to play higher, but" :D

Hopefully you can cash out soon and even win bigger if you would try on 1,80 or 2,70 lol. GL man

 
Mansion Casino take ages with withdrawals.It takes 3 to 4 business days to hit PayPal and Skrill and even longer when you deposit by card. They are part of the casino.com set of sites,along with SlotsHeaven and Casino.com itself. I tend not to deposit with them much because of their ridiculously long withdrawal times. I reckon you will get your money but not in a hurry!

I withdrew on Thursday morning and shortly after sent my ID documents and the withdrawal is still spending. Spoke to live chat yesterday and they said up to 48 hours which is now much longer. I’m a legitimate customer, all details provided are correct but I think it’s because I deposited £80 and Withdrew £6120?

It would be probably the same if you would depposit 200 and withdraw 500 :D
