Right now it's impossible to withdraw on this casino site, atleast if you deposit using VISA. In the livechat they say it's been like this for 2 days. They have cancelled every chance of withdraw money, but of course they still let you deposit money. And they say that I'll  have to wait, and they can't guarantee that it will be fixed. So possible my winnings will be stuck in there forever?

I won my biggest win ever today, and I can't withdraw it. Just to let you guys know to stay away from this casino until and if it's fixed.

Yes probably, but at the moment when you go to withdrawal nothings shows up. I've never withdrawn anything on this site before, it's nothing to do with my limits. Their withdrawal service is not working, and they're trying to fix it.

I see that everything is removed from Frankfred, so I have the same problem as you. Casumo uses Muchbetter for Norwegian players, I hope Frankfred comes with the same

Yeah, they need to have an option to withdraw. I just hope they fix it soon, so I can get my money out. I don't want to wait for weeks.

First of all: Congratulations on your big win! 

Unfortunately one of the biggest Suppliers for Norwegian transaction are having issues on their side. This affects all their services for all their partners, so it's not only an issue with Frank & Fred. As of today we do not have an ETA of when their services are back up and running.

My advise if you want the money as soon as possible, and to avoid having to wait for this supplier would be to use either a Skrill or Neteller account, make a minimum deposit for it to be registered on your account and then use this method for your Withdrawal.

I'd also like to suggest that you set a Loss limit for the time being, to ensure that your winnings are still available to you to withdraw.
