Casumo lost bonusround on bonanza

So go the bonus on Bonanza and then game crashes after 4 spins. 

game wont recover and Casumo says they will email BTG about it.

Anyone with some experience in this matter? Can it be solved?

It happens from time to time. Just be patient and wait for Casumo to get reply from BTG. They'll update you with either the outcome of the bonus or you will be able to resume it yourself.

 
I've had this a few times With BTG, and you will most likely just get paid the outcome, not be able to re-play the bonus. Also, it might take at least a week to get this solved...

 
Once had an issue on Frank & Fred in White Rabbit on a bonus buy. Got the full amount repaid after confirmation by the provider.

Hope you have the same outcome mate :)  I'm not sure what they are obligated to do, I guess if they can see what the outcome was and supply proof I think that´s what you going to get in a refund.

Got answer a few hours back and they gave me the outcome of the bonus! :)

 
Sorry for the late reply guys and gals!

These kind of issues happens from time to time and they are usually easy to solve if you're just willing to give it the time it take for the game provider to look into it :)
