My favourite casino is Leo Vegas. I use PayPal and when I win the withdrawal is approved within an hour and in my PayPal account....are there any other casinos that are this quick ? 

 
Your using Paypal, so i assume you're in the UK? There seem to be different guidelines regarding cash-out time frames in the U.K. versus the E.U., and i myself have no experience with them, at least not concerning gambling transactions. LeoVegas seems a good one for me personally, but there definitely are a lot of other decent Casinos, just as fast. 

Within an hour, i'd say Casumo, Redbet, Vera&John, Unibet, Maria and I-Game..

Within a few seconds - Mr.Green

This is just my personal experience, based on consistency, and average.

As said, could be just a tad different for U.K. players..(if you are in another country that allows Paypal gambling transactions, i'd love to hear which:))

 
Only problem with Mr Green is their charging for each withdrawal. Only £1 but still a bit of a cheek in my view.

 
With no doubt RIZK. I did a withdrawal tonight at 23:47, and 23:48, one minut later, the money was sendt to my neteller. In my mind Rizk has always been the fastes on withdrawal, but i have never seen anything like this before. 5 stars to @CaptainRizk ????

i'll add Betsafe as a good nr 2, and 3rd shared between LeoVegas/Casumo.

I notice this recently on my account too. Unbelievably fast. Well done Rizk.

LeoVegas gotten terribole with withdraw times used to be 30-45min max now its 4-8hrs atleast unless u get livechat to do it then its few min but cba ask everytime.

MrGreen is instant to Card/Bank everytime 30secs tops u got money in bank account with trustly everytime love that by far.

 
So many casinos have fast withdrawals.. The fastest I have come across though, consistently fast, is Videoslots.. But so many good sites to choose from. 

 
SkyVegas is in your Paypal balance within an hour. Also, Multilotto sends money onto your card quickly - I got a £600 withdrawal on a Sunday! Betvictor is also quick!
