Hypercasino Verification Process

Hey folks,

today i signed up on Hypercasino did use the welcome bonus and deposited 100€ did some spins on Vikings and decided to cash out 220€.

I went to Livechat to ask if its possible to verify myself so i can get my money faster, since every casino will ask you for documents before making a withdrawel. (its fine, i even think you should verfiy yourself before be able to deposit.)

So the Livechat conversation :

alex (19:15:57): How can i verify myself?
May (19:16:21): Hi Alexander
alex (19:16:51): Hi May i managed to double my money and a bit more :D How do i verify myself so i can get paid? :)
May (19:17:00): You currently do not need to verify your account
alex (19:20:10): So i dont need to do anything just wait for the withdrawel? :)
May (19:22:06): The withdrawal will be checked by our payment team and they will check if everything is in order and processed the withdrawal straight away if everything looks fine
alex (19:23:08): Oh okay thank you :)


I can guarantee you, after they check everything they will ask for documents again thats completly OK, but WHY can't i verify myself in advance to safe time?

I could be a complete retard and dont find the option but in my account when i click on "Verification" it only says "not verified" (what a shocker)

Any thoughts?

Love ya profile picture mate lol an i think its the same at grovner casino online dont think they ask for documents. Well  tbh cant 100% remmber

Well thanks :D

If they dont ask me for documents and pay me thats fine, when they do ask its just another slowdown tactic so people cancel the withdrawel.

 
Hypercasino is super shady! They slow sown everything so much that it drives you insane! Had a 16k withdraw wich never got confirmed... feel so scammed by that casino.

Mee too. Had good faith tough a bad mobile site, bad withdraw options etc. But total experience is really bad. I would say Save yourself time, money and frustration and dont play at hyper.. you will probably get slowrolled big time and then they blame technical problems for everything
