Missing game round on diamond mine at InterCasino

Playing diamond mine this morning on a low 20p stake. 

Hit the bonus and +5 spins, then BANG the game crashed. Try to load game back up and it’s now in maintenance. 

No big deal I thought, will contact support to double check that bonus will still be there when maintenance is over. Reassured it will be and they can see I still have a spin in progress. 

So load the game up when maintenance is over, and low and behold no spin in progress so no bonus. Have contacted support again and been told they are looking into it. 

Anyone had a similar issue? And what’s the chances of me actually getting my bonus back?

I have seen that maintenance lots of times on different slots on V&J. Really don`t know what is up with that. Well.....At least here we are not gonna worry about that, since they just announced they will close in Denmark. 

As for your bonus round. They should be able to at least restore it or get the result for you.

Hope you get it fixed @PeacefulAnarchy , just have patience because itll take some time, as they (casino) have to contact the provider and then they can investigate etc. @Roedgaard72 Quite surprised they are closing in DK. Do you know why?

The maintenance probably ended your session @PeacefulAnarchy due to them shutting the services that hosts the game down. You start the game again and since ur last session is closed a new one is created. They should however easily be able to find it via logs etc that tracks each spin and corresponding playerID. Good luck.

I don`t know. Really surprised myself,since they kept adding slots and providers up till today.

Update from InterCasino, they are only crediting me with the base game hit that was on the spin that triggered the bonus but not the actual bonus

You shouldn't be happy with that! You got the bonus legit way, bonus round should have been recovered - maybe they're lazy and haven't sent actual request to provider. Perhaps @Blueprint :) can also help the case here?

Alright let me know what Blueprint comes up with. On the other side I don't think we have any contacts with inter casino, I would advise that you whisper to spintwix on Twitch.
