Frankfred cancel withdrawal fee???

I won at Frankfred,  requested a withdrawal of 1400 euro. Withdrawal method was skrill and it was a 5% fee.  I had to pay 50 euro for the withdrawl. Later i won with the rest of my money in my acc and then i cancelled my withdrawal.  THEN i didnt get those 50 euros back. Later i withdrew 3000 euro and when i cancelled that one as well i did not get another 50 euro back. This is a robbery!!!!! Someone please help, pretty frustrating

Thats not a fee for canceling a withdrawal... If you have to pay fee for a withdrawel its scam in itself, but when you cancel your withdrawal you should get the fee back aswell..

 
Well its been 2 days and i have not recieved my money back yet..... how are they allowed to do this? Happend to me 1 time before on this site then it was only 12 euro but still they gave a cheeky excuse that i recieved it back when i clearly didnt. If an admin can help that would be greatly appriciated!
