For those who play regulary at RIZK, you know they did some changes a few weeks ago regarding the prices in the rizk races. I noticed some rewards was higher at some places, and figured this was something they have done to make the race more interessting. Betsizes on the races has for a very long time been 4-5 kr , but since the change they have rised the betsize to 10-20kr, and adding more and better prices to the scoreboard, make sense right, since the 1st place prize is still the same.
So last weekend i played at a race, and i figured i had too few spins to finish at the top, so i stopped at a place where prize is better than 3rd place, and i notice some others did that aswell. I tought this made the race a bit tactic: "should i try to aim for the top prize, or try to safe the place i have now".
At two different races i qualified for a prize of 2500kr, but in my rewards section they were only 250kr, i contacted chat about it both times, with screenshots and everything. Depending on who i spoke to, they didnt have any answer to it, and also said that 250kr was correct.
Now rizk have e-mailed me with their investigation, and they claim this is a "translation error". 25€ has been translated to 2500kr, instead of 250kr. Thats a honest mistake, and when you look at the prize table, that make sense, but considering the changes they made to the races i didnt possible think this was a mistake.
So my question to RIZK is, should their mistake be my loss? Obviously YES.
What do you people think? If you're in a competition where the prize is announced, and you manage to win one of them, but when the prize is to be give to you, you get the message "sorry the prize is only 10% of what you thought...."
I'm a person with principles, and if they made a mistake, they should take responsibility and pay out my prizes as announced. Instead they want to give me 50 free spins since i'm a loyal player. As a loyal player i feel insulted by that offer! It's 4500kr we're talking about. It's not a huge amount of money (and should not be for RIZK!), but it's all about the principles!
Since i joined RIZK in desember 2016, i've made 373 deposits, total over 400.000 kr (i've also had many cashout so thats not my losses) Except from the first welcome bonus and mabye 1-2 bonuses since that, every deposit is raw cash. That mean one deposit every second day for 2 years, and i belive i've played almost daily for that period. My RIZK level is 1321. If you play at rizk, you know that it will take some spins to reach that level.
It's sad RIZK wants to end our relationship this way. I've always thought RIZK had great customer support and a very good casino to be a player at, but when it comes to cases like this when the customer treatment really is put to the test, they fail.
I guess it's not only me who got wrong prizes, anyone else had this same issue?
Please give your feedback on this case. Are my principles to high and you think RIZK has the right to change the payout, and what would you have done in my position? I appreciate all feedback!
