I played on a casino with a depositbonus. Made the wager and withdrew 30.000 sek. Got a mail later the winnings were confiscated because I’ve had betted to much on one slot. The maximum was 50 sek/bet. I had bought a bonusfeature on Buffalo for 1000 SEK but the betsize is still 10 sek.  This was 2 weeks ago. Got a mail today and They are willing to give me 10.000 sek to move on and forget about it, should I take it??

 
I would say they should have been giving you a warning message when betting over the alloted amount. However, bonus buys when wagering are restricted everywhere and by the letter of the law they should be giving you nothing.

Take it and run. It says 50sek/bet and you did 1000sek/bet (even though FS stake is 10SEK). Bet & Stake is not the same for bonus buys!

 
Which casino is it? 

I know that in some cases Casinogrounds are able to help if its one of the ones on their bonus list - Worth a try, and if not take the 10k!

 
Since you didnt name the casino we cant read the terms, but in general you most likely broke the rule even if the bonus buy stake was 10kr, the total bet amount (if you see your bet history) was 1000kr, way over allowed bet size.

Most casinos out there would not give you anything, and confiscate all your winnings, so i think the deal you got is a very good one. Take the 10k offer, but there is no need to run from the casino, i think they have treated you very well! Thumbs up!

The bonus buy features thats is getting more and more common is something the casinos needs to solve. Either they must allow it on bonus money (as long as the stake is within the bet limit), or somehow disable the buy feature when you are playing with bonus funds. Mabye this is something the Casino Grounds management can get up for debate around (at least) the casinos they promote here.

 
I lost a bonus when I bought a £10 rainbow riches reels of gold thinking I was paying for 5x£2 spins. The casino gave me about one third back which I decided to take but I think their should be warnings or balance should go to zero on games where you will break terms if you play or buy big spins or bonuses.

 
I could’t even play white rabbit with bonusmoney so when I tried Buffalo and I could play I thought it was ok. Warnings would be nice!

Yes i won 100 from a 20 spin on roulette then moved over to slots, i then played for around 9 hours and reached 2.5k. royal panda then confiscated everything.

Not even a little somthing. Personally it annoys me thinking about it and i seriously hope that this does not happen to anybody else.

I play poker @partypoker.

We have a home game there.

have you tried Cloudbet, Bitstarz or Fortune Jack ?  lats year i have only played with BTC or mBTC
