Used this site a lot and join all of Nick's races, Finished third in Nicks latest race and won £250 wager free cash, Played with the cash and tried to make 3 withdrawals totalling £450 on September 3rd between 1-2 pm, they usually get approved within a few hours but for some reason these were still pending today.  I contacted chat early today and was told they would be approved in a few hours and if not to contact chat again.........Just contacted them and was told withdrawals take up to 24 hours and when i told them i was waiting over 48 hours i was asked to send pictures on my bank statements?  I sent a screenshot of the account transactions as proof and they decided to close the chat box on me :/  not the first time this has happened lately on there, I deposited £30 a few weeks ago and won £510 on Donuts and they delayed paying out on that too and asked for pictures of bank cards and letters although I already provided them.

Sometimes this is the way withdrawals go. At BetSafe, it's normally a few hours for me but sometimes they are held back for over 24 hours.

Never had to wait for than 12 hours when I've played at Calzone though.

I got 3 emails last night 20 mins after posting on here saying my withdrawals were processed.  

I know some casinos take days to process but Calzone were always within 6 hours for me until recently, it's not really about the waiting time it's about the confusing communications coming from their chat that was worrying.  I was told by 3 different people that they would be processed soon (never happened) and then asked to send pictures of my bank account to show transactions proving I had not received money from transactions that were still waiting approval? and when I provided the screenshot of my Calzone transactions showing them still waiting they terminated the chat.  Seems to me like they were just stalling as long as possible hoping for me to reverse them and lose my money as it was free cash won from Nick's race. 

I will not be playing there any more.
