I used casinogrounds link to register at their page, read through their TERMS

Found nothing stating that you cant get bonus with paysafecard.

Since your affiliate for them you should write complain letter to them. 

They will probably sort it out, but i find it annoying and it wastes my time. 

What is the point of terms when they are not following it themself

 
Site clearly states that you dont get bonus with skrill or paysafe. Next time ask support if you get bonus or not before you start bashing site.

What are you talking about? It is stated nowhere, i used CTRL + F and wrote paysafecard in their terms

As previously mentioned in the thread we have this information available on the site, both in the Welcome bonus campaign specific landing page, the actual Bonus T&Cs which you accept when selecting the Bonus in the deposit flow and it's also included in all our mailers that we send out to avoid confusion. We are very sorry to hear this information did not reach you, causing you both annoyance and time wasted. 

We already have a feature in the roadmap to simply remove bonuses that are not available with the method chosen, and we'll keep trying to improve in this area.

For now, all I can do is apologise and wish you a great week!

Im getting very confused to be honest.

Im sure the terms are different for Norwegians, because i cant find that the paysafecard dont qualify for bonus anywhere. And you also wrote in the picture that i linked that Norwegians get welcome bonus with paysafecard

You are correct. Terms are a bit different for Norwegians as it's quite the unique market with its own unique challenges, especially for Payment options. So for Norway we accept E-wallets and Paysafecard for bonus deposits. 

I cannot read where you are from, but if you are a Norwegian player you should have been able to claim the bonus without issues. Feel free to PM me your details and I can have a closer look.
