Does anyone know if this site is just a big scam?Deposited 2000 NOK the 30 of may, got their 2nd chance bonus through daskelele's campaign.Never used any of the bonus as i won a fair amount without it.I sent all my info and it got cleared the day after:https://gyazo.com/13dee470134baa02a6f836eb3930791dThe money tho is nowhere to be seen, ive waited a week. They say that the money has been transfered but there might be an issue,they can't even tell me what the issue is. I talked with ecopayz and they said if the money were transfered it would have been onmy account in a matter of seconds.Asking Jickl on their livesupport and on email for a referance on the transaction which they say they can't give me?There is little to be found out about regarding this casino. The only person hyping up this casino is daskelele.I haven't seen any other streamers or forums using this site, but I guess there might be a reason behind it.Just trying to warn others and see if this is a one time case.

 
Think its a very new site. Maybe whisper Daskelelele on Twitch if u signed up through him? He might be able to ask around.

We have a guy working with Ecopayz right now. The problem was that your IP was blocked on Ecopayz side. Typically a "fall between the chairs" case. Really sorry. Keep you updated.

 
update Becker: Now it's up to Ecopayz to connect to your internet provider. We are waiting for their answers. Have you got your compensation?

News to this thread; Jickl support actually working hard on me getting my money, but ecopayz not working and now their suggesting neteller or skrill, which i only can withdrawal with, but they need me to make a minimum deposit for me to use it, which is impossible due to new regulations from skrill/neteller in Norway.

So i am not sure why norwegians can play if we cant withdrawal by any method :(

We will fix payments on Norway and make sure that you get our money in some way. 

 
On our way into 14 days of waiting tho, i have to deposit by neteller to withdraw by neteller, due to norwegian rules i can't deposit to neteller by card, and I don't think i can deposit to casinos either, but I have done what they told me, to deposit by banktransfer into neteller, even tho i don't believe that will make any difference as neteller has blocked norwegian players from using funds to gamble.

Waiting for neteller to approve my deposit by bank so i can deposit to jickl, if that's possible.

 
Hi becker94, thank you for keeping us on toes. Sadly many different parts are involved in casino payments to Norway. You are our top prio but, sadly, we are waiting for external companies. We are working hard to get Norway payment working better. We will not forget you becker94! 

 
Well i feel a little forgotten when i deposit using neteller and don't get responded to in 24 hours by email. There is no option for me to withdraw through neteller even though I deposited through it. Do you do it manually or ?

 
I tested to create a NOK account and VPN to Norway to be able to test. Made a deposit on Neteller and got same problem as you did. Did not see Neteller as a withdraw method. So we will go throw all configuration and see what the problem is.

 
@becker94 Try depositing with method "Rapid Transfer" to neteller. I use this method very often. Its a direct payment with BankId. Instant.

We have struggled trying to solve this, so we are very that it was finally solved. Now we will focus on improving the process so we can avoid this kind of problems in the future. Hopefully you will get a better experience next time you make a withdraw.
