@Ruidzleipa feel your pain man. That is a sore one. Always read or ask live chat and get it clear what rules are right regarding bonus terms.. It is happening more this type of thing because bonuses are advertised left right and centre for casino's. Theres far to many bonuses and ultimately theres always going to be a victim, in this case it is you.
Infringement on the T+C's surrounding thare bonus terms. You have at the time unknowingly played a 1.80 stake on dead or alive whare royal panda say you can only play upto 1.40 stake. This is whare i emphasize my first point, you have to no through reading thare T+C's or by talking to live chat what there boundaries are with a player playing in bonus money.
Part of me is wondering because it is 4000 you cashed out they are going to stick to there terms and conditions and at best you may get your stake returned outa good faith. If it was 400 just they may have paid you. Thats just a feeling. Its the fact its 4000.( this is kinda off the record my gut feeling)
Options- you could fight it and get legal action in but i think you would lose because royal panda's terms and conditions would back them up and you would be liable to pay the legal fees.
Or you can try and speak to royal panda and because its 4000 speak to someone with authority that can give you a decision.you tell them your sorry and i made a mistake and now your devastated at 4000 being confiscated, and the money would have ment so much to you.
Have that conversation with a person in authority at royal panda. And prey they show mercy and pay you out your 4000. They may. But they also may stick to there T+C's and you will lose your 4000 and get a goodwill payment if they even offer that.
If dead or alive never gave you a wildline or 5 scatters and you didnt win much from that slot and your winnings came from other slots then you can tell them this. And again its a hope situation on the fact that royal panda show some heart and pay you your winnings.
You have breached there terms and conditions so they have the power to decide. Simple really. You may have to take this one on the head and move on as sore as it will be. A simple mistake that not just you have made but others also. If you new not to go above 1.40 on dead or alive you wouldn't have.
Nowadays players have to be aware of what they can and cannot do regarding casino bonus terms before you spin one spin. It will always be an out for the casino because they will stick to them unless they show incredible good will. Or leniency towards a player in a situation like yours.
.Or if its a software error that looses your money or a glitch that effects your balance. Then the casino will correct it and pay you. Take time but you would get your money.
I think this is going to be a sore one you will have to learn from and never make the same mistake again. Sorry to come accross blunt my friend but unless. Your incredibly lucky, the casino has the power to do as they wish here. I do hope thare kind and pay you but prepare yourself for just getting your stake returned or a goodwill payment. Sorry to hear your in this situation.
Best of luck to you, craig smith.
What i have said is the best advice i can think of.
