So I got lucky and got a 2k cashout for 100 deposit after beating wagering. I go into chat to get verification instructions early. I then get an email saying the images are too low resolution (even though they are readable even without my reading glasses) I retake them any and resend them, only to get a bounceback saying file size too large! I send them separate and one gets through and the others get bounced on their own!!!! This is all whilst in livechat again. I convert them to pdf (but this reduces quality) and send, the support guy confirms receipt but refuses to open them and confirm if detail is sufficient.  I will be lodging a formal complaint soon, sites that do this should be made to confirm ID before accepting deposits, bet they wouldn't be as slow/stalling then!

 
I always verify my account before making a deposit.

It ensures no problems at withdrawal stage and more important gives me an early indication of the level of service I am going to receive.

i joined winningsroom 1 week ago and also got lucky and got multiple withdrawels, when i had send my documents they were accepted immediatly, i don't think they are trying to stall payments. i used gyazo as screencapture program for my verification files (adress and bank account) and saved it as a .png

You no slotplayer that is an exellent reply. The top part stands itself as always the right thing to do. But the bottom part is something i never really think about. I will now, and al say again an exellent reply. Quote( an early indication of the level of service i am going to recieve) this should be mandatory when anybody starts playing at any casino. No deposit should be taken before any documents/verification. I find it as alot of people will is that a person could deposit lets say 200, 300, 500, in 3 deposits making a 1000 deposited and nothing is said. Then the player hits a big win. £2000 for example. Wants to withdraw and it is hell to try and get your winnings. Am with document verification for everybody before the first deposit is made.. Sorry for going on a bit but its always going to be a problem unless players are cleared documents/verification at the start. Then as u say slotplayer no hassles at withdrawl time.??.

 
@RoshteinIsADouchebag  although frustrating my man i think you will get your winnings. And after all this back and forward stuff your documents will be locked in and you wont have this hassle again. Alot of the casino's do checks now and again to verify people at the casino's discretion. And your well within your rights to lodge a complaint.?.

@RoshteinIsADouchebag thats a shame bud. Thats another point in that all casino's should not allow anybody to reverse a withdrawl. A wonder how many thousands of people have reversed (myself included) a withdrawl and blew the lot. It would show a sense of respecting a players cashout/withdrawl. If all casino's implimented this. locked withdrawls.

 
@RoshteinIsADouchebag you said it was 2k. Its a nightmare you couldnt lock that down until documents resolved. I no what you will be feeling and it will be disgust. Put in a complaint to them but i just wish you could of locked your money down until all the verification process was done.  It will take a while to get over it and i off the back of this post earlier today put up a general question in general casino talk about should all casinos lock down withdrawls and not allow reversals. To see what people think. Sad to hear how this turned out for you. ?.

 
Winning Room are part of the Redbet group aren't they? Heard some horror stories about Redbet and confiscations for minor infractions so it's no surprise to hear of a sister site acting in similar fashion. Stories such as this most definitely put me off registering with these sites.

Yes. Redbet, Bertil, Winning Room (AKA Vinnarum & Vinneri for Swedes and Finns) and I think one or two more sites are in the Evoke group.

They also all have in their terms that they might take your bonus and winnings if you use bonuses on more than one of their sites, so watch out for that.

Glad to hear I'm not alone in hearing of their poor customer treatment. I am a member of Redbet and have been for a while,I joined mostly for sports betting,but I will avoid the others.

Since I stream from Redbet that last line got me intrested @budskap :)

what I found in the terms was this:

Gaming Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if the Player or any person in the customers household has previously received a similar or equal bonus on one of our other brands. This applies to both sports betting and casino bonuses.

When I saw this I contacted Redbet. Asked if this really meant that you couldn't take the welcome bonuses, on fx. Redbet & WR without risking it being confiscated.

They told me that the term will be removed asap (said tomorrow), which I was glad to hear. Once again @budskap thx for the "alert".

On a side note, I really like playing at Redbet.

Cashouts to skrill within like half a day to a day, very good parachute bonuses, lots of promos (freespins etc.). 2€ max bet on bonus might be an issue to some, but thats fine by me (thats only if you're playing with bonus balance though). Can I ask what the horror stories @BoracicLint?? I have seen one complaint on CG regarding Redbet, which was because of max bet was exceeded. Don't know how that ended though.

A member of a facebook group I sometimes talk to had a very large confiscation from Redbet,a couple of grand at least,due to some minor technicality and actually contacted Redbet to say he realised he had breached terms by doing a few spins outside the maximum bet. Its an easy mistake to make when most of the industry has a £5 maximum and Redbet only has a £2 maximum. He was honest with them but still had his money confiscated. I've heard of others by rumour only but not in person as with this person. 

 
Yeah it think they only recently changed that from 5€ to 2€ (start december 2017 if I remember correctly). Thats very unfortunate though, not much more you can say.

 
FYI on the terms on Redbet. They are working on a couple of terms as we speak, but don't have a time frame on when they're done. Hopefully this will be done very soon, as this is a quiet sensitive subject.

 
Rule 1) when you sign up via website or an affiliate ALWAYS send in verification documents before depositing even if it isn't needed insist you want to play here but only if they verifiy your account ASAP as you will need to verify it at some point anyway.

 most will just do it in a few hours sometimes 24 hours.

once you withdraw there should be 0 problems at all.

also if playing with non bonuses try using e-Wallets Skrill,Neteller Trustly etc once approved the funds are instantly in your accounts. visa could say 2-5 days depending upon your bank.
