I made my first withdrawal of INR 25,200 on December 29, 2025.

It was declined after five days without any reason. I made new withdrawal requests of INR 20,000 and INR 5,200 on January 2, 2026. The INR 5,200 withdrawal showed as completed within a few hours, and I received it, but the INR 20,000 never arrived. I have complained about this to their horrible customer support multiple times. The only thing they tell me is to wait, as their experts are working on it, but they are not providing any time frame. They asked for bank statements multiple times, which I provided, but there has been no solution or updates. A ticket was made two weeks ago, but there are no updates on that either.

That’s really frustrating. Waiting that long with no clear reason or timeline is not acceptable especially after you’ve already provided all the documents they asked for.

Tbh, that’s a bad sign. They paid a small amount but not the rest and support keeps saying wait or under review, it does nothing. That usually means a problem. This is why small sites are risky. I hope Cashy does payouts better when it launches.

Why choose something that's new when there is room for something established already?

WEISS.BET, Rainbet, and others.. all of them are decent already.

Parimatch is a big operation and, despite the obvious inconvenience of having to wait as well as experiencing their support to be bad, I am quite confident that you'll get your money. Unfortunately I don't have any contact there myself or else we would obviously reach out and try to help speed things up.

Why choose something that's new when there is room for something established already?

WEISS.BET, Rainbet, and others.. all of them are decent already.

I do think he is talking about AskGamblers or Casino Guru, or something like that.. Maybe peeps like them. Someone who would help you to solve the case properly.
