Woopwin MASSIVE Issue - Withdrawal not processed in 15 days and no contact - HELP?

Hello,

I don't know if anyone from CG can help (You have this casino on your list and many others from starscream). I have had a withdrawal pending for 15 days despite being verified and no one is ever on chat.

I have seen the casino has been blacklisted on casinodaddy, askgamblers etc so am really concerned. It's 600 euros in total. 

Are there any reps here who could help or advise?

Hey. I have been in comms with you over the email already. We have removed the brand effective immediately and are looking at others removal as well shortly.

We are unable to get any response from them, as such unable to help either unfortunately.

That's very disappointing to hear. 

I see other casinos in their group are talking on other platforms to players. 

I assume if other casinos in the group engage with you reps from those casinos could help? As they are all run by Starscream the profits all filter to the same company. Or maybe none of the casinos in the group will engage with you.

Its not that easy, as each casinos have their own teams most likely and are not connected between them.

They are all under one parent company. Therefore, the accounts are only produced for the one parent company. Meaning, all the money goes to the same place. Meaning at ANY of the casinos, they will have some form of contact with the parent company. It's fairly straightforward. They aren't subsidiaries with different accounts.
