Why does the must win jackpot have different limits on different sites some say must be won before 1 million others say 1.5 million

It changes after the first time it's won, it starts at must be won by 1m then 1.5m then 2m i think next one is.

Can't say i'm 100% sure on details, but as far as i know they're all connected yeah, so they should all be the same on all sites.
