My account was closed due to insulting and cursing while playing live poker. What is the punishment usually?

Normally you'd not have to worry about anything, a simple suspension of your chat privileges in the poker client would be all...

Of course, if you really got bad, and made death threaths or extreme hate comments, and perhaps also did the same towards support or staff, the penalty may be indeed a complete ban. I hope you didn't overdo it, but if you did, learn a lesson from it. You should still be able to get your money out regardless, they can't just confiscate it.

Just one tip, whatever you do from here to get it worked out, think befor you speak, or write in this case. Backspace is your best friend sometimes.

Also, throughout my years, i found out that being courteous, civil, friendly and patient (no matter how hard it is sometimes) will get you waaaaaay further then aggression and rants, especially in an online environment.

No I just say so bad my hand and this is fake game but right know I don’t get any email 2 days what about my money 769 euro

Okay mate doesn't sound too serious then...maybe the pokerclient and/or Casino have new strict policies concerning specific 'slanderous' remarks or w/e, but if that was the gist of it i'd say just be patient. You may want to try and contact management directly. If the Casino is represented here try nudging @Skylined87 and/or @LetsGiveItASpin - Casino Streamer to see if they can speed things up.

They are just joking mate, no worries: if what you said is true, then you'll get your money. I already included @Skylined87and @LetsGiveItASpin - Casino Streamer to this by tagging them, usually the weekend is low activity on the forum, so best wait til Monday. 

Meanwhile you could do some research about the Casino, and try to find a direct line to management. Sometimes support really messes up, to the point noone is actually looking at your case....

If someone is rude towards others and that results in an account lock, that's an issue that I will unfortunately not help with. I am all for helping when people have reasonable troubles with casinos, however if a person is intentionally rude to casino hosts that's a problem of the person and casino is well in it's right to take actions against it.

As said, i was assuming the O.P. is telling the truth and maybe due to a combo of bad English and some frustrations made a booboo towards fellow players or chathosts, and if that is indeed all, he should be entitled to his money, regardless of being allowed to enjoy the Casino further or not, i'm sure you agree.

I only tagged you to make you aware and save time as otherwise i would have just told the O.P. to tag you or Kimster:)

I mean i don't even know if the O.P. is talking about a CG vetted Casino or not, just advising on how to proceed..

I'll gladly bow out now, as i can't help more than i already have - and it ain't much, but hey :)
