Spinstation take the piss for withdrawals?

So I put in £20 with 200% bonus won £1200 cleared all wagering, withdrew so it takes 48 hours for them to ''review'' the withdrawal if any ID is needed yet they already told me in live chat ''your account doesn't need verification''

this is excluded from weekends so 48 hours from Monday basically and a further 5 - 7 working days for the withdrawal to be processed is this normal for casinos when you deposit via a card? 

my main deposit method is skrill and it's super fast pretty much everywhere....

When you scrape for every penny these days I think the casinos act irresponsible when they let u have the option to cancel withdrawal..... and take the piss to keep your money as long as possible.

 I also looked online for reviews on this site and the withdrawal times are utter jokes.. anyone else had experience that's taken time to process? ;/ 

they take our money within 3 seconds... yet could take me 2 weeks to get it l0l. 

personally I would stay away from this casino..

yesterday I happen to win on SpinStations welcome bonus as well (200€ deposit turned into 7.900€ withdrawal - one video of it is uploaded here in this forum:))) - so I've read some things about Imperium Network Solutions, the group that operates SpinStation and quite some other well known casinos. As far as I found out these 48h pending time are NOT business hours, so a withdrawal on Friday evening should be pending no longer than until Sunday evening. Verification would also not be longer than 48 non-business hours. WWithdrawalsvia bank transfer(!)  that are requested until Saturday Midnight are processed every Tuesday (they apparently only process bank transfers on Tuesday). The other withdrawal methods are paid once the pending period is over. Moreover, they have a withdrawal limit of 5.000€/week in place which is bad and not specifically covered in their terms. Other casinos operated by Imperium have higher withdrawal limits. I hold an account with Miami Dice (Imperium) - withdrawals were always fast AFTER pending period which unfortunately always was about the 48 hours.

My experience is that the first withdrawal usually takes longer (check ID etc), and if your cash was tied to a bonus they have the right to do some extra checks. The question is always how long this should take. I had to wait 10 days for my cashout at storspiller.com, but got my money in the end, but it was a looooong wait.

 
Average withdrawal time is around 48 hours (weekdays) but some withdrawals I have done recently have been 24 hours, Casimba for example on Wednesday.

There is no doubt it is a deliberate technique to delay your withdrawal so you reverse. Sadly, there is no rule by the UKGC to stop operators doing this at the moment.

my withdrawal time was 08:43 am friday

 
quick update:

I requested a withdrawal of 5.000 EUR (their weekly limit) on 13th Oct 2017 at 18.19 CET+1. I provided them with verification documents (ID card, utility bill) a few minutes later via email. The withdrawal is now approved (15th Oct 2017, 12.34 CET+1) and will be wired tomorrow according to their live chat.

I am currently in touch with them regarding their weekly withdrawal limit as that is not specifically mentioned within their terms. (Term 6.6 "withdrawals"). They just say, that there might be SOME limit in SOME INSTANCES which in my opinion is too intransparent therefore should not be enforced.

 
Another withdrawal from the weekend, this time from MiamiDice (Imperium Network Solutions, Cadell) was processed today after about 40h pending. So it seems they are currently processing within their 48h pending timeframe, a little faster and this also counts during the weekend - so it is NOT 48h max. on business days only. 

 
Moreover, I've just noticed that the 5.000 EUR withdrawn from Spin Station just arrived in my bank account (Germany) from a Dutch Bank account. Considering I requested that withdrawal on Friday evening and they also did KYC during the weekend that's lightning fast. Apparently they don't do bank wires only on Tuesday anymore - though that is stated on their withdrawal page.
