How would you feel when this happens...... :-(

Earned 20 fsp on lgth, on spin 4 I got the bonusrounds and........HIT THE MTF JACKPOT (6236 euros)

Thats nice but oeps.....the wagering requirement of 35x 6236 means -> €186,789.90

With a max. bet of 5 euros on earned fsp winnings its a lost case which will take me 10 years or so.......

I feel sick :-(

Is this a local jackpot or pooled jackpot with other casinos?

In most cases the casino gets sent the money from the software provider and you won't have to wager unless it explicitly mentions it in the t&c

Hello,

Thank you for your reply

I have spent half an hour chatting with the helpdesk and they claim its T&C.

I am currently trying to raise the max bet of 5 euros otherwise it will take forever (if even possible ;-p)

But to be honest, hitting a jackpot for the first time in this way doesnt make me feel happy......

standard scamming things casumo does. they are already known for having the most useless deposit bonus wagering terms that is if you even get 1 and then its 25 or 80% HAHAH, and now even jackpots have to be wagered hahaha.  i still cant grasp why people still play at that utter piece of shit garbage casino

Ok, will try to help here as I want you to get as much of this money as possible :)

I once had wagering of £225,000 (high-roller deposit bonus) and that also had a max bet of £5.00 per spin. It took a while, but the secret is to play games that spin quicker than others but most importantly have the best RTP. Whatever you do, make sure you have read the T&C and don't play any games which contribute 0% to wager and/or prohibited games.

Don't forget, most slot games have in the expert settings a 'quick spin' option. NetEnt games are fastest followed by Microgaming.

Thank you very much for your help, I will try it and let the ODDS BE IN MY FAVOUR  O.o B|

This has always bugged me. If you win a jackpot of considerable size the casino should have some clause of no wagering. Having to wager £8 million quid is ridiculous. Come on Casumo , look after your players, not try rip em off and keep the money for yourselves

Good luck in your quest Surf ??

How lucky, but at the same time so unlucky. However, terms are terms, and you got this win with free spins, so in the first place it was never yours, so you need to turn this to a positive situations and try to get the most out of it. I will take some time to wager it all, but it's not impossible. with 5€ betsize it will take 43652 spins. I once did a 24h DoA session, where i managed to spin 31000 spins withint 24 hours, using 4-5 casinos at the same time (yes i took a break and had some sleep etc). That means i belive you could wager this in a week, if you spin 6-8 hours each day, or 14 days, or even 30 days with 3-4h each day. So yes, its possible. And beside, just think of all the fun you will have, and even possible cash out even more :)

I wish you good luck! (and make sure you wager on games that counts toward wagering!)

If you want to spins fast go for novomatics :) you can stopspin there, but watch out for long-term illness in your finger :P

What a crappy story. Basically the casino are gifting you free spins on a slot where any significant win is likely to be lost back to them due to attached wagering.

Such a bad and unnecessary policy for such a big company.  You should go over to CM and see if their rep can do anything for you. They will have more influence then a customer service rep.

I dont know i would ne happy wagering is doable Not a hard Task still would ne netter if 10 maxbet still get some decent Hits few Days its done  would play Novo bod doa etc

Little update on my adventure.....

I had some discussions again with the support desk about the wagering req of 186000 and max. 5 euro bet per spin.

Last night a support member of Casumo tried to get me a higher max bet spin but this did not worked out. The payment team doesn't want to make any exceptions. He advised me to contact casumo again during office hours because of more senior staff present (uhhhh...ok). I tried that this morning but without any success. The wagering req. of 186K and max bet of 5 euros remained and the won jackpot of 6200 and little bit extra was on the other side of the river. A river without a decent bridge and full of deadly crocodiles.

Today I tried to cross and unfortunatly I died. I played some higher rtp games with max 5 euro bet and at the end of the afternoon lost it all again.......................

Some of the games I would like to play in this case were not allowed, like doa, unch seas and a few others.

Great night and day with hardly any sleep and so on and so on........

I know my opinion is far from objective atm and I know that rules are rules but giving away fs on a game with a potential jackpot and set the wagering req of x30 on all fs winnings is not fair (The free spins were given after leveling up for that game).

Anyway Anyhow....my first ever jackpot win after a few months of regular playing did not worked for me as I would have expected and hoped.

For now I closed my account at casumo for a while because I feel "kinda screwed"

Casinomeister. And yeah good for you for closing your account. You've been fudged over here mate and the casino has got a windfall of 6k as a result.

I don't really understand why you are complaining, you got a HUGE amount of bonus money with wagering requirements for free from Casumo, and unluckily you didn't manage to beat the wagering requirement? Of course it's a bit unlucky to have hit that huge win on free spins, but you could win a huge amount from Super free spins (1-3€ bet) on a non-jackpot slot, like dead or alive, and you would have to wager it.

Obviously, some casinos have wagerfree free spins, and some casinos have wagering attached. The key difference is in the amount of free stuff the casino gives you. For example to me, for the last 3 years, Casumo has given 11 free spins each week, 3€ per free spin, without deposit, since I am an active player and long time customer. No casino would give you 33€ worth of free spins every week, if it was wager free. I would rank Casumo on the top 5 online casinos, they have bigger wagering requirements than other top casinos, but they give out so much more free stuff as well.

Hopefully in the future you will be more careful reading the Terms and Conditions, so you know what to expect.

Like I said, from a external (non emotional) pov you are 100% right. Atm I see it from a different perspective. I know the fsp wagering and yes it could have been turned out just right but it did not. So it has nothing to do with not being carefull. I was just feeling very Lucky with this first hit and got realy disapointed. In the last months I also wagered my real money at casumo so I should have been a nice payback for me.

Unfortunalty games like Dead or alive were restricted.

I honestly wish you the best of luck wagering this amount and I hope you cash out at least 7k.

Please chat again with their staff if thats the case and let them know! :'D
