Update: even though I used @Slotspinner link from his website where it clearly states that I would receive a 100% bonus, I was told that they do not offer any bonuses to my region anymore. @Slotspinner I suggest you update your website mate.

did it clearly state it was for your country? or did it state if you signed-up via his link you would receive the 100% ?

Im going to forward this, i have just checked the terms myself and i cannot see norway being excluded. However, did it state that you have a bonus available when you tried to deposit? Or was it just empty?
