Caxino not accepting my cashout

Hi all,

after some good reviews seen here I signed up to Caxino a while back.

Played some. Lost some won some, never had issues. Yesterday I deposited 10 euro via Paysafecard ( I usually use skrill ).

After having a good run i tried to cashout 750 euro. I made cashouts before without any trouble, I also am verified. Now I get the message I cannot cashout to skrill because I used a paysafe card and I need to use a bank withdrawal.

I told them I don’t have an bank account, which I seriously don’t atm ( private issues ) and now the money is stuck on my account and they refuse to cash it out.

@LetsGiveItASpin could you help me out on this?  Or anyone else in this matter...

You can make a Revolut Account. That’s basically a normal bank account with IBAN and you get a virtual card

Can you not open even a wee basic bank account that's just for saving etc, there normally easy enough to open with no overdraft services etc, hope you get your money sorted out 🙂

Not really nice to assume when it could be alot of different reasons, always give the person the benefit of the doubt 🙂

Thats right. And you can get a real card for 20 euro. Works great for me. But when you use that deposit method as you did thats the way they do it.
