Would be the most irresponsible form of lending going.

A big reason a lot of problem gamblers end up in bad situations on high APR loans. 

OP this isn't a very wise or funny joke as for a lot of people this has fuelled their problems. 😔

this was a joke, but it is actually possible to play on many casinos by loan direct on the casino site. I was shocked first time i saw it and should not be legal.
