I can only advise against this .... casino. Bought bonus. Wasn't booked, money was gone and never got back. Played again after a long time, paid € 300, was not credited. I sent them my bank statement. Still nobody cares. No comment and no money for a week. The chat throws me straight out and is then no longer available. Dirty casino

8th day after deposit and I still haven't got my money back and still no answer and the idiots in the chat "order" me to wait. I really don't know why Casinogrounds started promoting such dubious casinos. Makes me think

Hopefully the issue is resolved now and this person is given some compensation or a bonus buy for free for the poor service and treatment from boom!

 
Not the same issue, but my account was closed and i was kicked out from Boom Casino in the middle of a winning spin. When i contacted support they said they needed some documents (KYC) to open my account again. Said it was standard procedure.

2 days later i contacted support to ask for status, and a few minutes later they sent me a mail, and said i was a political exposed person. I replied to the email instantly, but i guess i will have to wait another 2-3 days before i get a reply.

I am very courios on how the winning spin on Katmandu Gold went!

What the hell does that even mean lol 2-3 days waiting is a bit of a joke, always try and get your account fully verified before you even make a single deposit, that winning spin shud still be there when u load the game? If it saves, fingers crossed 🙂

I am not able to log in - my account are closed since they mean i am a "PEP".... And if they don't change that, i won't be able to log in again. They offered me to withdraw my money tho...

Make sure you check with provider ELK what the X win was. Could be massive, could be the usual crap X win ELK is known for.
