Hello

I have a question for the streamers that promote different casinos out there, how is it that some of you seem to be playing games that are restricted in your country? Me as a customer who registers does not get the same experience as you promote. Not all of you live in Malta.

It is in my opinion false advertisement and should not occour. Do you have special deals with the casinos that exclude you from their own T&C?

If the streamer has a satisfying amount of viewers, he may get permission to use VPN in order to play all of the slots variety. Of course it depends on the casino and the deal he has with the particular manager.

For example there are casinos that allow VPN for all players.

When it comes to false advertisement, yeah i can agree that there are some flaws on this tactic. The worse though is the everyday deposits that start from 5k to 8k per day or even 25k per week. When the viewers see a streamer Depositing such high amountsof money, its obvious that there is a false advertisement of gambling. Imagine the ''shock'' when or if there are proofs that the streamer all this time is using non withdrawable money or money given by the casino with a max win of 10x.

Many will say that if the streamer has the money to make those deposits, why shouldnt he? The real question is, does he have it though?

All of these can be put in the category of false advertisement.

I just ask in chat if it is okay to use vpn, and i have three sites that allows me to use vpn. I set my vpn to Finland and that gives me access to almost all providers there is.

It does sound a bit risky tbh. Should you strike it really big it would most likely be a risk that the casino uses the "game should not function in your country" to chicken out from paying.

Already at the point where the casino allows you to represent being where you actually aren't should raise a flag or two about legitimacy.

Well, there are many big, trusted streamers out there who either have a special relation to the casino or uses VPN which for "normals" are not OK.

Ive spent 30 000 euro on one particular casino and I just got notified that using VPN is forbidden (nothing about VPN in their terms, just country restrictions) - I sent the VIP manager an email and told them about the particular streamer and now they said I can use the site however I want to use it. Ive made 50 000 from them this year, and I trust them very much. But it does sound weird, it is the game providers that dont allow some countries (Sweden in this case) to have their games to be played outside of Swedish regulations.

However, some casinos may purchase the license and do whatever they want to do with it, I guess? I havent used VPN to play certain games, it was added with my ISP and sometimes I connect to a country which has more games available. Didnt realise it was VPN related.

I contacted the casino about one particular streamer that streams from sweden but plays restricted games and I wanted to have the same experience as he does**

I want to clarify that part :P

I can follow what you are saying and i would never do it before asking in the chat. I have saved screenshots from the chat session just in case, but I have never needed to use them.

I have made multiple withdrawels on different sites owned by the same company, on one site over 3000 euro with a 50.euro deposit. Always getting my accounts verified with an hour and cashout is in my account with 6-8 hours even i use a normal Visa card. Just this year i am over 8000 euro in profit just on those sites.

I think you are right in contacting the casino for clarification.

What I believe is prevalent some streamers do is that they have a place and are registered in a country where games and bonuses are allowed - then play parts of the year (or always) from somewhere else. It's probably down to the country/license jurisdiction they spend the most time within to prove the streamer is spending too much time there to be registered in another country - but I think that is difficult and rarely if ever happens.

Yeah I'm talking more in general terms :) Obv it can go great with most of the sites but I was more thinking if you hit e.g. 111kx on DoA2 with a decent stake and the win would hurt the casino as a whole :)
