Ten minutes later bang account gets blocked verification not a problem send passport picture of me holding my passport a bank statement with address on and screenshot of the transaction my account is still blocked with 800 pounds in can’t play can’t withdraw what’s left of my deposit because I don’t have a utility bill as I live with my girlfriends parents now I’ve said if the id isn’t enough to verify I’ll just withdraw my funds they won’t even let me do that has anybody else had this problem

Would anybody have any advice for me on this as they don’t seem to be budging they are now saying that my bank statement and my withdrawal picture cannot be used for both proof of address and proof of deposit they have to be separate but the statement with my address is a paper statement and the proof of deposit is a picture of my online banking screen

Do you have a driving licence or provisional? As they have your address on. If not you could pay for a provisional and use your girlfriend's address and try that.
Don’t have either of them mate I can’t work out the whole keeping my money bit with them if they are this strict surely they should make you verify before depositing I’ve used all this is on Rizk and been verified no problems they are literally point blank telling me I can’t have my money back without the verification it’s not like I’ve won I’ve deposited lost 200 and just want my remaining balance back if they are saying my documents aren’t good enough
