Hi

Has anyone had issues getting account verified by NYSpins (Sister to VooDooDreams Casino)?

I've contacted support so many times and every time they tell me their Security team will email me. I've sent all forms of documents required multiple times and at one point they even asked me for a selfie holding my prrof of identity.

I've now waited 3 days and yet my account has not been verified which is leading to my withdrawal sitting there.

Any streamers have a contact which can help me at all?

Yes, it is my first withdrawal. Just a joke that a casino is quick to take my money but when it comes to a withdrawal they are delaying as long as possible.

Even after sending emails to complain and contacting Support. They just tell me to wait.

 
Again I have been asked to upload proof on the website itself.

Instead of the usual 24-48hrs wait. I have been told to wait 72hours this time.

Unbelievable! - This is a slot site promoted by CasinoGrounds?

 
Ive played at this casino in the past, and I had no problems with it. I remember that verification took some time, I think they handle alot of brands though and youre put in a queue. I remember I pushed them a bit for verification and I got verified the next day. 

I made 150 000euro on this site some years ago, but spent more then that though... :D  

 
I've made several withdrawals on there never been asked for any verification I did try and upload when I first registered  but couldn't tell  you if they were ever accepted.

 
Yet again, I contact support and they tell me that they do not accept scanned images. I sent picture proof via Email yesterday and uploaded to online site this morning. Getting tired. Does anyone know how I can file a complaint against this Casino?

Just wait, you've only just uploaded documents in a format they accept, the verification process is starting now.

I hope you just mean that you uploaded picture proof of your ID, most sites require pdf files for bank statements and payslips these days.

Put a wager limit on your account if you are worried about tilting.

Hey,

Yeah, that's the first thing I do when I join a casino. Put a deposit limit on. They only just verified my account yesterday after pestering them.

Support and Security were giving me contradicting information. So, Support would check the proof and say it's good to upload and Security would say it's not good enough. Ended up just speaking to Security only. (They do take some time to respond but got there in the end).

I understand how frustrating it can be.

I can explain to you why the support and security contradict themselves if you like. 
 

It’s not just a casino thing, you can find examples of the same in any business if you look for it.

It's just stalling hoping he cancels his withtdrawal and loses it all.
