Hi Guys, 

Has anyone set up an account for this website? I recently have and have asked them to validate my KYC docs however I am not receiving a response. I am now wondering whether it is legit. 
 

If it is fake would anyone know my next move? 
 

appreciate any help with this. 

 
This site i would not touch, it does not have mga or curacao license. 

As far as i can see it is owned by RAGNAR COMMERCIAL INC. and that company is registered in Panama, so it is running under panama casino license.

These guys have the slowest response times in the world, they boast a live chat platform but are always offline. You then send them an email and wait a day for a reply. 
 

I gave them a bank document of an account which I didn’t request to withdraw into, they then asked me for a PDF statement of the account I wished to withdraw into. I provided them with this, they then asked me cancel my withdrawal and put in details of the original bank statement I gave to them! 
 

I have given them everything they have requested from me and now they have just cancelled my withdrawal and funds are back in my account without an explanation! I am so frustrated with this site... absolutely disgusting 🤬

 
Did you get anywhere with this, I am waiting of a withdrawal. Its been 4 days now but I'm worried I will never get it. 

 
Hi, they released my withdrawal and sent me the following 

should be 3-4 days once released 
first time sometimes longer as bank checks at your end as gaming 
seems pretty legit to me, let me know if you hear anything :)

 
Thanks that sounds better than what I'm getting. I emailed yesterday and have heard nothing back. 

I will let you know if I hear any more.

The £500 max cash out is not good at all but the platform itself is pretty good I think 

 
sounds great i am happy for you, because i thought it would be no cashout from this site. I hope the money will also show up in your account, please keep up updated. 

 
I have just over 2 thousand to cash out, the 500 limit is annoying but if I get paid I don't mind. They have replied to me this morning. Same thing you had with bank statements, I had given them one I didn't ask to withdraw to as I thought it was just proof of address. I have gave them the correct one now so fingers crossed.

They replied saying they now how everything they need and the withdrawal will go ahead as normal. I am beginning to think that normal is there is no withdrawal as mine is still stuck in pending. 

 
My first withdrawal did disappear eventually, but I am still waiting for the second one to be approved. They say 48 hours but it’s been just over 2 days now.

They asked for my bank statement before the first withdrawal - before releasing it a day later. They then asked it from me again today (I assume so they can release the second) they forwarded it onto payments team so im hoping it will be released tomorrow. 

In terms of receiving my first withdrawal they released it on Tuesday and they reckon 3-5 days it will be with me, as my bank will have to do checks. May give my bank a call tomorrow to see if they’ve received anything and I will keep you updated. 

As soon as I receive that first payment I won’t be worried. Surely it’s legit can’t see anywhere on the internet which says otherwise and it’s been around for a few months now :)  ??

 
@Malcy123 mate, i wanna just ask you one thing. How and why did u choose a casino that is quite unknown to many many people? I mean what was the thing that attracted you?

 
 Im in the same boat. Withdrew over a week and nothing has Been paid I withdrew £500. I complained and now they have blocked my account and will not reply as anyone got payment from these and how long did it take?

I wouldnt get your hopes up. I withdrew over a week aho and they haven't paid. Now they have blocked my account. I have done some back ground on these and theyre are not licenced at all and based out of panama. There office is the same place the infamous panama paper leak was. These guys are rogues. I have been in touch with UK gaming commission to get them to stop UK players falling for this trap.
