Got a big problem at casumo i cant verify my account.

I won big and now i cant get my money.

I sent inn like 30 docs and they wont accept my muchbetter pictures and mobile bill. it works every where else (Leo royal panda energy casino)

cant some one help 🙂 ?

They literally want ur Urine samples, DNA, Hair fibres selfie with 300 different angles, mothers SOW,  cats name from 20 years ago It's getting ridic... there
Avoid in future.
However I do understand why they are doing this as they was fined heavy from UKGC for number of reasons.

true. and i have too stress with this in my offtime 😌

 
Never used them but it seems ridiculous if what you state is true , i sincerely hope you get it sorted and get your money cashed out , if that does happen i would close the account instantly and put it down to experience.

I have 2 accounts , main account is WH and i sometimes use Leovegas , never had any issues with either ....
