Why on earth do you promote such a crap site, lose lose lose, never had a withdrawal or deposit bonus from this crap casino, why oh why do people play here? Some time you loose some time you win, it's not a "guarentee" when u play there is always a chance to win, BUT ofc, there is also a chance to loose, it is not a ATM (Casino sites), i played lottory for a long time i still haven't got profit, should i go flame them?, iknow it can be frustrating, BUT!!! NEVER EVER!!!! GAMBLE!! more then you can effort to loose, 

 
newsflash, it doesnt matter on what casino you play on, the slot games are played on the providers servers.

 sure, some slots has different RTP on some other casinosites, but as far as i know Leo vegas has the highest RTP setting on their slots.

 
and that is where you are totally wrong, casinos cant touch the slot  rtp at all,the slots are just linked on the casinosite to the the slot providers servers, and you can always check the RTP on the slot you are playing, but whatever, no point in discussing with someone raging and already made up his mind :P

 
Actually they can set the rtp, fact, ask letsgiveitaspin if you don’t believe me, also why is the rtp different on several sites then 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Many slot providers these days provide lower RTP versions of the same slot, but casinos can't just set their own RTP. They can only choose what's available off the shelf from the slot provider. The MGA also has a minimum RTP of 92%, which sets a lower limit. (Granted, I wouldn't want to play a 92% RTP slot)

I've also never heard of a LeoVegas slot that provided lower than normal RTP. I've encountered them on Casumo, which, among other things, has caused me to reduce my play there.

Leovegas is fine for me.

It started off bad for me but I'm winning a bit overall since I started playing there a year and a bit ago.

Live chat were totally shit?? Show the transcripts of the chat you had with them, I'm sure you were calm, polite, and undeserving of dismissal.

It's a casino by the way, if it is taking your money then it is working as intended.

If you had won £5,000 you wouldn't be posting this, it goes both ways you lose or win its simple, don't bet/gamble/spend what you can't afford to lose.

You clearly have some sort of aggression towards casinos and you have red flags warning as a problem gambler you should gamstop save your self the issues buddy.

Think your right, self excluded now anyways, from all sites, plus drink didn’t help, sorry if I offended anyone, like you and other people have said, casinos are there to take your money 

 
All casinos are the same, but you should never get so annoyed about losing money. Don’t gamble what you can’t afford, set yourself a limit that you’re happy to lose, don’t chase losses. Hope things start looking up for you soon. ☹️

I understand where your coming from. I won £160 off my first deposit and cashed out. Have never won since and am now -£900 on there. But I win on other casinos so if you decide to play again start small and settle with one you have some luck on. 
 Like everyone says, look at it as once you deposit that money is gone so if you win some it’s a bonus
