Leovegas help verification issue

Hi I've been on leovegas for a while now and after I withdrew 4k I got asked to verify account which I understand. However both my picture identification have expired. I spoke to support live chat yesterday to see what I could do and she said a marriage cert or official document would be ok. I went to upload it and wouldn't allow it. I spoke to chat today and they said it has to be a photo id. I have money had at ransome £64 that wont be withdrawn till I produce that photo id. I have sent everything else they've asked for. What if anything can I do please help

Firstly, goto 'responsible gambling --> loss limit and set a limit of £1/10 which ever is the minimum and don't change it until the withdrawal has processed.
secondly apply for a passport urgent even if you have to goto london office not sure how its working with face to face appointments tho.

 
Yep I won 4k on 02.06.50 and they ask me for all sort I'd bank card driving licence passport all send straigh away. Tody is 13 th day and they still did nit done my withdrawal 

It's out of order. When I deposit for past 6 months and lose they did not ask for anything.. I give them next week and after that I will report them

Seems a bit excessive for a £64 withdrawal. would be alot cheaper to get a provisional

Yes but he has a marriage cert surely he isn't some young chap so I assume for reasons he doesn't drive or I'd suggest it, however passport is better for verification.
