I made a withdrawal at Casinoplanet.com 5 days ago and now you write me 'Dear Sir ...... we would like to inform you that your winnings have been removed due to a violation of our bonus terms during your game. You have placed 1 bets over 15 up to 15. This procedure is not allowed when using bonus money. what does 1 bet over 15 up to 15 mean? I do not understand that. other than that, I streamed that day and did everything on video. So I definitely didn't break any rules and they just take my money away. I got my eu payment of 60 euros back but the 960 euros in profits are gone.   can i do something about it? after all i have the whole stream on video. They say me i bet more than 5 euro bets but thats noooooot TRUE!!!!!

I just replied to your other thread. So to clarify, the reason your winnings have been confiscated is because they are saying you placed a bet over 5 euros? But you have everything on stream proving otherwise?

Yes i have everything on video!!! My max bets was 1€ and realy not more!

I spoke now with them and they will not say me a reason!!!! Only say look at the bonus Terms... ever day the same look at the bonus terms. What a SCAMMER CASINO!!!!!!
