Ive verified my bank, id, adress and so on. Ive verified my skrill account.

- First time i attempt a skrill withdrawal, cause people say its quicker. Funds return to my account.

- Second time i try a bank withdrawal. This i did because the support told me i couldnt withdraw from skrill. Funds return to my account even with a thorough go through of identity verification with a support worker for justspin.

Third attempt is being done as we speak, ive been told i should use skrill by ANOTHER representative(somehow skrill works again?).

Some of the support staff have been very understanding. Others almost agressive towards me. They keep saying sorry for the inconvenience. But fact is, if this third attempt of retrieving funds goes to hell, then its pretty much a scam.

nr.1 each attempt at withdrawals cost 3€, so thats 9€. I made sure to check that those funds have been withdrawn even though the withdrawal never worked.

So they have earned 9€ from these attempts.

nr.2 The longer i have funds on the site the more ill play, so they have that too. I did play and won more(luckily).

nr.3 1 time is a inconvenience, two times is irritating, frustrating and should be compensated. 3 times, now thats a scam.

Gonna try get my withdrawal funds back.

Which payment method did you use for your deposit? Always remember you can only withdraw back to the same method you used in the first place.

Yes, but like im saying, they keep changing what i should use. and none of the methods work.

Now i understand how difficult it is to cashout at Justspin.

I can deposit credits with visa, but cant withdraw with visa. But in an attempt 3€ are withdrawn from your credit amount. Support told me, because i live in my country i need to use an E-wallet. But to be able to withdraw from E-wallet i need to make a deposit with an E-wallet...

Thats a total scam... djiiises.

I've had casinos do this before and it should be frowned upon IMO, you say they need to use withdrawl of how the deposited but when that isn't an option it's a joke.

Bank transfers and e wallets should all be an option once verified.

Justspin is a casino to be trusted. I had some minor issues with identification, but once everything was approved the money was in the account within 48 hours. Don't worry, you'll get the money

Your site is a scam, after more than 4 attempts of trying to getting my money out i grew tired i kept playing cause i knew i wouldnt get a cash out. Money is all gone now more than a week after i requested a cashout and it kept getting denied. Trying to cash out was my way of finishing with gambling, but when i have a feeling that im being pushed to keep depositing to be able to cash out then its just getting rediculous. Your own support kept telling me to put more money in to get bonuses which i should have by joining, or just to cash out. makes zero sense.

I would NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO PLAY ON THIS SITE, THEY WILL STRING YOU ALONG AND WAIT AS LONG AS THEY CAN BEFORE YOU CAN CASH OUT!

Same shit as partycasino do the same! Scam casinos.

If u play choose Mrgreen,Leovegas or unibet always payout in seconds👍🏽

ill be trying one more withdrawal, if it doesnt go through ill post it here. That means that after 5+ attempts i couldnt withdraw from Justspin.com.

During this period from 1 attempt to 5+ these things have happened:

- Been asked to deposit more money from my cashout source so it can be "verified".(already did deposit like 9x times).

- Their bonus system malfunctioned and i did not get any bonuses, it was extremely hard to get them to add bonuses manually, they required guess what? Another deposit.

- When i couldnt withdraw my money they offered a compensation of 50 freespins probably worth 1.50 €, i was trying to withdraw around 13800 €.

- Been asked to change from visa to skrill from skrill to visa and then deposit to verify the source.

Basically justspin makes you wait so long you will wanna rip off your nails and play slots again before you can pay out. Im sure they are legit way down but atm they are stringing people along and requesting people to deposit to withdraw, sounds like scam.

Stay away from these scam casinos FFS... Everyone take note. It’s an absolute joke. They simply frustrate people into loosing all winnings... Use VideoSlots, MrGreen, SlotsMillions, BetVitor. Instant payout to E-wallet and bank transfer within 30 hours. Fk all these other Scammy casinos. They make enough money as it is... Horrors.

Sales rep @bob_justspin pretending to be wholesome to my situation, inviting me to DM's. he does not answer his dm's. i tried using skrill to withdraw again and it takes more than 3 days.. and with the earlier cancelations of my request i just give up.

Any one who is considering getting into justspin.com should not, they will require you to spend more money to get out your money. They will push the boundries of how long it will take. They will suddenly over night(like with me) decide without warning that they dont want to accept your visa as a cashout option, but its GOOD for deposits! What a insane site, i think theres been onle one support there that hasnt asked me to deposit further funds to be able to withdraw.

Im just bummed out by this entire situation, i imagine having some 3000€ cashed out but instead they are kept the one place i dont want them to be, in a casino which wants me to use them.

gg, justspin, you won this time.

I think you should try withdrawing smaller amounts, The first time i had a big win i tried a 6k withdrawal, 24 hours later it still hadn't been approved, Cancelled the withdrawal and did a £500 withdrawal, it was approved in 10 mins, did a £1000 wihdrawal immediately i saw the first withdrawal approved and again it was approved in 10 mins, Ended up doing seven withdrawals for 6k in total and they all were approved  in a total of 90 mins, Yeah it's more annoying but i've learnt if you do smaller withdrawals they always get approved quickly rather than large withdrawals. Casinos also seem to always have issues when a first withdrawal is a big one and yeah i think they definitely want to run you around in circles hoping you continue playing with the money.

Hello @dinkeydock,

We are sad to read how dissatisfied you are with your experience at Justspin.com.

Since your deposit was made with a Credit Card, you were advised to request a withdrawal through a wire transfer. Unfortunatley, the wire transfer returned to us, reason why you were advised to use Skrill, as an alternative. As any other new deposit / withdrawal method used on our site, our Payments and Fraud Departments needs to follow the guidelines for the verification processes. Once the verification is completed, our maximum waiting times, as per our terms and conditions, is of up to 72 hours.

Unfortunately our Payments and Fraud Department was not given the time to process the following withdrawals to Skrill, as they were cancelled from your side before that happened.

I have replied to your PM providing further information about the withdrawal requests and the usage of our responsible gaming tools.

Once again, apologies for the time we have taken to answer your doubts and thank you for your patience.

Kind Regards,

Bob
