Lightening Roulette (PlayOJO) took funds whilst not on the game.

Good evening everyone,

So this afternoon i deposited £80 at PlayOJO which i use as my main casino. I started building a balance on lightening roulette with £10 spins, i then got lucky and hit the 200X on number 8 and was left with a balance of £1032.  I then pressed the repeat bet £54 and it stated that the bet was "not resolve" or words to that effect, so it didnt take my funds and i left the game with a balance of £1032 which also showed in my homescreen. After leaving the game and casino, around 10 minutes later i logged back on to see £600 had dissapeared. I checked my activity and the last bet was the bet i won £809 . I contacted customer service who spent quite a while looking into it for me to then ask me for the session ID number. After giving them the session ID number they said the session was still active. They are going to email me with the outcome, has anyone else experienced this problem, from what im guessing is when i left the session it stayed open, however i never use autoplay on roulette and also were are the other bets from that session, because surely they would be in my activity with the other bets from the same session ID. Sorry for the long write up. Thanks.

 
I have had something similar today at leovegas £99 pound spin on zero section and 8/11 neighbours the bet won money went into my account about 400pound left the room to withdraw some and it’s been taken out the bet is in my history as bet amount 99£ 

0£ win but it’s stuck in pending Leo are saying the game has not finished they are going to the provider to get them to check it I’m not holding much look of seeing the money luckily I was still up from some other wins but not the point hope I’m not going to get shafted

Yeh I’ve been waiting three weeks now and still not heard anything back! See in my history it shows as the bet was placed and also states the winnings. Very disappointing... also mine is the same the game is stuck however with a different ID session, even though the ID session my complaint was about is also stuck! Confused to say the least and likewise I don’t hold much hope of seeing any of the funds.

 
Quick update... after a few emails to support to actually understand the issue, I today received the funds that went missing. Great support from PlayOjo.

thankfully once evolution checked there logs they realised the mistake.
