Wildz don't want to pay out my win?

Hello guys,

I currently have a big problem. About a week ago i hade a huge hit on wildz ( a few thousands ).

Deposited with bank transfer.

I uploaded all my documents, they got verified, also my proof of payment.

Then wildz requested another proof of payment from a payment made in january via skrill rapid transfer.

But this payment was refunded by the bank for unknown reasons (it's 4 months ago i don't remeber) , so iam not able to deliver this proof.

Wildz keep saying it was successfull and they want this proof.

I does'nt show on my online banking or on any payment slip since it was refunded i guess.

I can't give wildz this proof of payment from january.

Only thing wildz says now is that when i don't deliver this proof i wont get my money.

Anyone can help me?

@Skylined87 might be able to help. Wildz are absolutely shocking when it comes to withdrawals 

 
Just did a withdrawal on Wildz, i'm fully verified. Let's see how long it takes..

 
Why do people use these dog shit casinos that are there to absolutely obliterate you’re bank account and take every last penny from you. Stick to trustworthy casinos ffs.

Thats all fine and well but let’s not be signing up to casinos, who can’t afford to increase staff numbers. The process from rages to riches often involves fkin over a lot of people along the way. Peace ✌️ 

 
I only play at curacao casinoes, and have been doing that for almost a year. I do my home work before i play at a new casino, because there are many bad ones. But all curacao sites has for been from a few minutes to maximum 24 hours to validate my account. Some sites comfirm and complete withdrawel within few hours. The longest i tried to wait for a withdrawel was three days, and that was only on one site. 

At the same time i almost read every day here on casinogrounds about people having long withdrawel times on non curacao casino. Pokerstars is among the worst, at least for me.
