I’ve sent all my documents at Rizk and they decided to lock the account and I carnt find a live chat with them can someone help?

On the left-side menu, there's section "Customer Care", you can access chat through there.

 
Rizk was a good casino, not anymore imo. Withdrawal times up to 24 hrs. That's really really bad. What happened here?

For the last 6 months I haven't gotten a withdrawal processed without contacting them in live chat after 3 days of waiting for it to process.

Always had no problems with Rizk,  unfortunately using shortened versions of your name can cause problems with any casinso,  just use your real full name where possible.  Live chat generally follow strict processes.  If you had no funds locked in,  it's probably best to just move on and learn a small lesson.    I've always had withdrawals processed and paid within 48 hours,  most times less

Ofc. I use my full name, what are you on about? 48 hours is a joke.

Most casinos payout within 1-5 minutes. 48 hours is just a scam imo.

When you say 'payout'  do you mean into your bank account?

I have never known a casino to transfer funds into a bank account in 1-5 minutes of withdrawing.... and I've been gambling online for over 15 years.  Unless you are from outside the UK and the norm is different that I am unaware of....

Used Unibet,  never had cashouts processed that quick,  never heard of the other 2.  Most mainstream online casino's have never processed funds into bank accounts in 'minutes'  Rizk / Skyvegas always within 2 days for me which is quicker than most.  If you expect minutes into your bank,  you hold high standards

Not for me and I play a lot on Unibet.

Unibet for me usually verifies the cashout within the hour but I don't receive the money for anywhere between 24-48 hours. I guess it all depends what deposit method you use. I tend to use debit/credit cards and the timeframe for recieving funds after the withdrawal has been authorised seems pretty consistent to me across all sites.

At Rizk I'll have the withdrawal pending for 3 days +, basically until I contact chat and ask whats going on. then they authorise it. That's what bugs me, I just want it authorised so I know its on the way.
