Slotty blocked my account and took all of my funds!

So yesterday i opened account on slotty and made deposit of 200 Croatian kuna with 100% bonus then i got super lucky on aztec gold megaways more than 4000x win.

To be able to cash out i needed to wager 8000 Kuna and i did that playing bonanza with 2 kuna stake and made a withdrawl of 5000.

Today my withdrawl was not procesed yet so i canceld it and went to play some lighting roullete..in the middle of the play i got mesaage sesion expired and i tried to log in but i got message that my account is blocked.

Couple minutes later i got email that my account is blocked and my funds removed because breach of bonus terms...and i didnt broke the bonus rules..any advice what should i do?

I can see that they say you have done a bet over the Max bet Size allowed when playing with a bonus. 

Do you remember what your biggest bet was? 

But i do not understand when they say you have 14 bets of 70?

My max bet with bonus was 2 HRK whitch is like 0.20€

So i also dont understand what i did wrong..

I sent them email but they still dont respond.

I was playing roullete with around 30-40 euro bet but that was after i completed wager so i dont see my mistake

So just talked with agent on live chat and they took all of my real money balance for no reason.

I played 0.20 euro stake and max stake wih bonus money was 5 euro. I completed wagering and tomorow day my account got blocked and all money gone.

So bad experience with this casino i dont suggest you guys to play on it.

I self excluded from them many moons ago because I found them to be a bunch of disgusting fat bodies. Fucked me around from pillar to post.
