[RESOLVED] Scatter. Issues with withdrawal

I have a verified account. I deposit with trusty. Still i dont get my money out. Its my biggest win so far and alot of money for me. 4000€. 

I ask support  yesterday and they say 48 hours. I ask today and they say 72 hours. 

Is scatter a legit casino, i know they have Malta licens. 

Normaly i get my money fast, but now it feels like they want to wait long in hope that i keep gamble. 

Anyone else having problems with them now. I really liked them otherwise.

Hi Jonazid,

Thanks for reaching out. i just checked the status on your withdrawals and they will be paid out during the day. We are up to speed now again with Withdrawals and I'm sorry for your inconvenience. 

Our goal is to always pay out as fast as possible with as less waiting time as possible. Good news is that we are making updates to our product as we speak and we will in the near future be able to process the majority of the withdrawals much faster.
