So i got this email yesterday offering freespins , and i deposited 50€ i was supposed to get 20x freespins 0,50€ a spin.

deposited, went to open BOD and the spinns werent there. So i went to the offers page and now it clamed that i needed to wager 350,00€ before i could get the freespins... nowhere does it say in the email that wagering was needed! it LITERALLY says "To get the cash rounds, make a deposit and they will be available to you right away."

so i contacted livesupport and they said, yeah sorry that email is "missleading" its not missleading it is lying in the truest sense of the word, there is no room for interpretation they just plain lied!

You´d think a huge site like Leo wouldnt need to do this type scummy sh!t :/

Really dissapointing... and to just respond with "yeah its a little missleading.." its almost comical...

"Only once every four years!
Leaving day extra
This year has something extra, at least one day.
So LeoVegas offers you cash rounds on Book Of Dead.
To get the cash rounds, make a deposit and they will be available to you right away.

See if you get gloves on your rounds or if you will end up with more skirts. (weird finnish saying, doesnt translate well lol.....)

Get your leap days here"

"Saat käteiskierrokset tekemällä talletuksen,ja ne ovat käytössäsi samantien".lying/vale.😠😠😠

From my experience the few bonusses i have been given while playing on Leo have all been like this, you deposit a certain amount to receive a "wager-free" bonus, but then to actually receive the promised bonus you first have to wager your deposit x amount of times (i once had to wager like 1750 euros on a 50 euro deposit to receive like 20 free spins, it's pretty stupid sometimes). All in all i'd say it's quite misleading at times, even though it's always stated that you do have to wager your deposit x amount of times to receive the bonus. It's the only thing i don't like about Leo, they don't seem to reward active players as much as other casinos and the few bonusses i do get offered are pretty misleading as i said earlier. Besides that it's a great casino imo.

Yeah i mean i have no problem with casinos offering "bad" bonuses like having to wager 350€ to get 20 freespins, as ridicoulous as that is... Just as long as players know what they are agreeing to.

But their email to me offering this "bonus" made no refrence at all to these reqirements. The pic i posted of the email is the email in its entirety. So not only does it not refrence these reqirements it specifically says "To get the cash rounds, make a deposit and they will be available to you right away."

Thats not just some small trivial error, its a completly deceptive to players...

This has been resolved, thanks to Johan and CG!

Leo was nice enough to compensate me the freespins anyway.

Cant seem to find where to remove a thread or edit it 🤔

So a mod could maybe remove it for me?

Big thanks 👍
