Hi,

i lost a couple of deposits in the begining 

so before i made Any new deposits i made sure they hade Every documents they needed. 

after recieving the email That my account was fully verified, i started Playing at casino sugar again. 

I Consider myself as a highroller.

i was in for about 20k€ loss 2020.

the last nights i grinded a new deposit upp to around 20k and made withraws.
 

2.5k € at a time. (Max thrue thrustly)

then they started to ask for more information, as to i need to send new documents. 
 

the bank account, Which i made a deposit from was the same account they accepted documents from and verified my account.

now they Are delaying so they want new documents. Every email i recieve from them has a scammy feeling over them. Never a specifik point, only ”new documents” they Are delaying the replays.

they see That i often cancel my withraws so they Are trying again to delay so i maybe play the money.
 

the live chat told me there was No problem withrawing to my account even if they wanted Any new documents due to the account being verified! 
 

i never play with bonus money, only raw! 
 

I signed with CG link, so i hope somebody can help me. Every streamer is playing from there, and the company behind it is Huge. 
 

i remember having to Fight with casinos back in the days, but for f*ck sake its 2020.

Hope you get your withdrawals and don't cancel them be cause these slimy fucks just delaying hoping you lose all of it again.

 
It's a new casino I guess?As I registered yesterday and contacted support about something just to have them ban me from the site as apparently players from "Serbia" are not accepted even if I had a Serbia as country option when registering.

There is a lot of restricted countries Afghanistan, Australia, Barbados, Belgium, Burma (Myanmar), Belize, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, China, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Ethiopia, France, Great Britain, Greece, Grenada, Guiana, Haiti, Hong Kong, Iran, Israel, Italy, Indonesia, Jamaica, Lebanon, Libya, Macau, Nigeria, the Netherlands Antilles, North Korea, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent, Sudan, Syrian Arab Philippines, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, the United States of America, Vanatu & Yemen.

Just letting people know so someone doesn't make mistake as I did.

 
What i Dont understand is Why they take over 120€ in fees. 

look at the deposit down and the withraws up.

deposit : 2500€
withraw : 2500€

talked to my bank and its not from them. Can we get some info about this from the casino, its Crazy.

i made 10 withraws of 2500€.

thats over 1200€ they Are taking from me!!!!

Don't think they are taking fees... Not sure thou. 

Think that might be trustly exchange rate.. From € - kr... The exchange rates are normally ridiculous.. Same thing with Visa etc.

Thats crazy if it differs ~120 from depositing and withrawing either way. 

 
I talked to trustly wich said That it wasnt from their part and That they Will send me an email with information so i can use it. I’ve made an appointment with the bank to so they can clarify This.

F*ck it was my bank, they take 5% of the total sum. Everybody wants a piece :)

I can confirm Trustly takes a few % each way unless you do it in the same currency so that's them for sure - If you can do a bank transfer that's usually a better way to go with big withdrawals.

Big congrats on your winnings mate and I'm happy we could help push for the withdrawals :)
