[NOMINATIONS] Slot Of The Year 2019

[Skylined87]

This is the first round, nominate the best slot(s) that you think should be in the final round.

[scribblebibbles]

We all know which one it's gotta be haha, definitely interested to see which slots take the 2nd and 3rd spots though

I think DOA would win most loved

and

most loathed.

[MrZ]

DOA 2 is gonna be 1.

Lil Devil will be 2.

That is the easy part but after that...?

That list shows in a sad way how the creativity of Slotdesigner and developer got lost this year. ELK, Push, TK, Yggdrasil and netent are the only Brands who really tried to create sth. different and new over the whole year. PNG mostly made The rising Book of Merlins Dead and Wild Frames. The other Brands and Studios mostly Megaways only...

Where is Fruit Warp on the list  @Skylined87

I get where you are coming from but the results show what the players prefer.

It doesn't show a lack of creativity on the developers part, it shows a lack of appreciation for the more creative offerings by the players.

Having said that, ELK is getting some recognition even if its only a fraction of the top games - more appreciation then they usually get.

Relax and NoLimit City have some vote whereas previously they didn't feature - ElDorado put reelplay on the map.

Quickspins attempts to mix things up was a bit of a failure, their games feel a bit rushed and lack any nuance as a result. I wish they spent more time on Golden Glyph, feels to me like they never actually played it so never got to see how unrewarding it feels.

Yggdrasil has a nice graphic style but I don't see anything new in their games, pay more for an extra pick, keep 25% of the RTP forever locked in the game and disguise it as progress.

Blueprint bonus rounds feel the same - giving the illusion of progress rather then giving money - especially Kong Megaways.

Looks like the game, I was instrumental in making, is going to win   :kappa:

Go DOA2

[Joe Neale]

Razor Shark and Dead or Alive 2

[balthazarking5]

Dragonsfire Megaways should be on this list...

[RichXTuta]

I would vote Lil Devil but after hearing the music that goes with it so many times with all the wins I can't bring myself to vote for it

Why  no Who wants to be a millionaire mega ways?

That was 2018.

[JonnyWalker]

Shouldn't monopoly megaways be on the list?

[fkdepolis12]

I think DOA would win most loved

What I enjoy the most is playing and winning at The Shadow Order. Although in the morning I play Money Train more often, because I need to think even less. Although the games are for 2019, they are still relevant to me.
