Hi all just a littler advice I deposit with a bouns and I no your not allowed to bet higher than £5 well I was on a casino site called pelaa and was on danger high voltage won on a £4 stake so went to what I thought was a £5 stake but it wasn't it was £6 had 3 presses on that stake till I relise it was £6 idnt win nothing on that stake I went to withdraw my winnings and now there have stolen them for that mistake what I done every other site I go on danger high voltage goes from £4 -£5 is there any chance I can take this to a high court

No. Terms state that you cant bet over £5 so technically you broke the rules. Nothing has been stolen you could email support and ask nicely to review your play and explain that you won nothing with those spins and it was a genuine mistake. Good luck though.

Thanks all ready explain alkl that there turn round and said we can't give you winning back once it's been took off you I sent them loads of email telling them it was an honest mistake but there not having none of it
