LeoVegas lock my account ?!?!?!

Yesterday i tried to login at LeoVegas and my account was locked . I dont know why...  i deposit £1400 last week .. lost it.. what the f*ck..

My account was recently locked on LeoVegas as well. I had to confirm my identy and it got unlocked again. Have you've been asked to do so yet?

I think leovegas could explain here why they close your account. If you did nothing wrong...

 I sent my documents to validate my account about 10 days ago and so far no response.

Might be some internal gambling prevention policy or risk based policy. Much like how some sites ask you for proof of income if you make significant deposits/losses

At least i receive a some kind of explanation my account is locked due to drinking and gambling first they ask me can i afford the money that i deposit my andwer was Yes. And i explain that i was with few friends at home and decided to play slots and ..... they just show me middle finger
