Rizk technical problems

Today a lot went wrong at Rizk. Slots were really slow, bets dissapeared, bets where rejected in middle of the rounds at live games, bonusfeatures didn’t pay when dissapeared aswell . Anyone has also problems today ? Customer service can’t help me yet because they can’t look in my account. 

 
yeah it's been up and down, slots not loading, got disconnected during play etc... seems better for the last hour.

I don’t know. I don’t wanna play on rizk anymore. I stil don’t have got my winnings. They said in the terms there is a little thing  when tech problems comes the winnings are voided. Customer service won’t help me they only can say wait we investigate this. I’m dissapointed in rizk to ben honest

I have started playing on Rizk about a month ago, its one of the better casino's in my opinion. Got my winnings fast and they have a lot of free spins. Since Rizk is promoted on CG.com you can alway ask one of the streamers for help.

I also have never problems with them till now. They payed fast and the Wheel is awesome. But now they let me stay in the cold

 
The website seems to be fine now.I use them almost every day as their withdrawals are the best around. In PayPal within seconds.

Yeah normally they work good. Now I have a email that they don’t compensate me or whatever I lost and could won.. malfunction is not paying 

 
Any casino should not have problem with issues like this. They should close the website down and fix it and not let it run dodgy till they get your money . My view with Risk has not been good from day one and it shows that I was right. My advise to you is not to use them any longer as end of the day you spending your hard earned money and if they cant do enough for you to make sure you have good experience they should not have second chance.
