Leovegas not giving me my bonus game

So ill explain just a bit of what happened.

Last thursday i was doin a little bonus hunt.

Saved some and landed a bonus on cashzuma.

Clicked that away and when i started to do the bonus hunt it wouldnt load.

Tried everything trough support and they never got back 2 me.

Today i loaded up cashzuma and saw my bet returned.

Their explanation is that i didnt play out tthe round before it crashed so it is my own fault the bonus got ripped from me.

Are they right cause it doenst seem fair to me to be honest.

 
Hey. At last same problem as mine. Almost.

So I played Cashzuma on 27th of July. Managed to get a bonus @ 60 c stake. Chose my bonus spins between 2 different ones. Then reels started spinning and game crashed. Then hame didn't load again (even not the  game description) . Contacted support and gave all info, they said they will contact game devs. Week later game loaded again with 60c stake base but no bonus. Support gave me a green light to play the game and  updated my issue. Said I should be contacted soon. 

So here we are. Almost 2 weeks later and no answer and I'm not the only one.

@Leovegas what's going on!?clearly it's a bug at your end

So they gave you an answer right away.  Kinda leading me on and not giving answers to me hoping I'll forget it or something.

 
Leovegas is the biggest casino ever. Bought a Money train bonus couple of hours ago and it's also fckd. Also haven't got any affiliate spins thrust new game campaigns.

Dont like the policy. Cause we play for free spins to win money and they just strip you of your bonus. have sent an complaint to them again and we will see how that plays out.

 
So the game loaded again today, and crashed again soon to be stuck at 0% again

They tell me they can't do anything for me. 

And refuse to send me a screenshot of the malfunction

I've send a complaint to the gambling commission cause this is not the way you treat players

 
damn, thats not good, i like to do bonus hunts myself never had a problem on other sites doing them

Asked for information last time couple of days ago. when no answer I'll be making a complaint too. 

Do you have some complaint ID i can refer to?

 
LeoVegas/problem with slot game Cashzuma.got bonus on 1£ stake done 8 spins 2spins left to do and game been disconnected try to load the game again no loading.waiting 7 days still no working.contact to LeoVegas still  waiting answer from provider ??? Lets wait ???

They cannot say this without investigation so crook I had a bonus on Leo crash I got winnings in the end so why do they so this hoping you accept when really every lost game case should automatically go for investigation ' my question to Leo is are you hoping you dont have to send for investigation because you do know that's a possibility right or you just dont want to offer this customer this 

How daRe they say its your fault when the terms doesNt say no bonus hunt' also why wouldn't you offer an investigation with the provider LEOVEGAS" YOU DIDNT offer investigation to help this customer get winning' a case of looking out for casino not player' otherwise why blame them player with no further  help

 
I got mine solved. Had to contact  support for many times but I was given my winnings from bonus round(took like a month). But game still don't load

That's my point mate sometimes I go on abit in reply but I just like to see casino help player abit more 'as you are a case of the winnings can be found from investigation if I was wrong you would t of got your winning either but glad it sorted mate

Ps if they manually added you might get double winning if automatically  creited later date lol
